Lexi Rose Ramirez 9-29-17: Mimi’s kidneys are responding to the medication and her blood count is improving drastically! She was alert and purring during our visit with her tonight. We got to hold and pet her, and she got some time to walk around and stretch her legs while outside of the hospital cage. She’s still a bit wobbly but looking tons better. The vet said her recovery taking such a complete turn around so quickly is a miracle. It looks like Mimi will be coming home tomorrow morning if her kidney bloodwork continues to improve. And we are just $466 away from her vet bill being covered with GoFundMe :’)
Thank you for all the help ❤ She’s been in the prayers of almost 700 people and the vet couldn’t explain how she improved so quickly. Yesterday the vet said prognosis wasn’t good and that it could take a week of treatment to improve. Now today they are saying she can come home in the morning and that her kidneys are almost completely back to normal function. God bless, have a great night ❤
